About Birdie's Natural Juice

Shaheem is the ideas man behind the business, and at just 13, one of the youngest founders you're likely to meet. He was inspired and shown many of the skills he now uses to create juice from his Father.

The flavours, the brand, the drive, they're his. And like his father, Shaheem has been blessed with a wonderful singing voice of his own, so the Birdie name sits with him just as naturally. What began as one young person's idea quickly became something his whole family believed in.

​

That's what Birdie's really is: a family business, built around its youngest member. Shaheem leads on the ideas and the vision; the family, his parents among them we support him with the making, the bottling and the day-to-day running of his business, so that what started as a tribute and an idea reaches your door as something real. Everyone has a part. Everyone's behind him and you can support him too.

Every Birdie's bottle carries a name given in love.

"Birdie" comes from his Father Patrick who is known to everyone as Singing Birdie, for the joy he carries and the spectacular voice that's almost always singing. Wherever Patrick goes, happiness and music tend to follow. So when his son Shaheem set out to build something of his own, there was only ever one name for it: Birdie's, chosen out of love and respect for his father, so that the very spirit Patrick is known for runs through everything we make.

And what we make stays true to that heart. Every bottle is crafted in small batches in Wolverhampton, cold-pressed or traditionally brewed from real fruit and vegetables, with no preservatives and nothing artificial.

 

Our roots are Caribbean and our flavours are bold, from the deep ruby of our Jamaican Sorrel to the tropical Kingston Sunset. We bottle fresh, freeze straight away to lock in everything good, and ship across the UK in insulated packaging so it arrives in perfect condition. No shortcuts, ever.

Shaheem's aim is simple, and ambitious in equal measure: to grow Birdie's Naturals into a name people know and trust, to prove you're never too young to build something real  and to honour the father who inspired the name along the way.
